NGUYEN QUOC BAO
Chairman - Cofounder

He has been working for a number of Stock Exchanges of major French and international financial institutions (CPR Private Bank, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, HSBC and Crédit Agricole CIB) as IT consultant in development of a number of stock exchange trading systems.

In January 1999, he founded BAO Consulting in Paris - France, an IT consulting company that he has been managing until now. In 2004, taking advantage of his IT experience and Vietnamese background he co-founded BAO Solutions.

Quoc Bao is a graduate engineer in IT from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and from Institut Polytechnique de Sévenans, has a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in IT from Ecole Doctorale de l'Université de Technologie de Compiègne.

In his spare time he writes books, essays and poems.

TRINH THANH MIEN
Chief Executive Officer - Cofounder

Trinh Thanh Mien is an expert in international commerce. He has been collaborating with the Saigon Port Trading and Services Co., the most dynamic Vietnamese company in Import-Export and Custom Bonded Warehouse. In this position he has been working with the most important import-export companies in South Asia.

With his practical experiences in international business and management, he made an important contribution to the founding of BAO Solutions.

Thanh Mien is graduate engineer in IT and Mechanical System Engineering from Polytechnic University of Ho Chi Minh City and holds also several certificates in IT from Informatic College of Ho Chi Minh City.
